TW&A acted as Construction Manager (Agent Owner) for this $13mm, 60,000 s.f., 3 story mixed use building in Glenville, NY. The first floor consists of Class A retail and office space along with space for a restaurant, the second floor contains office space, and the third floor has 16 apartments (6 corporate, 4 standard, and 6 high-end luxury). TW&A was involved throughout the project from the initial design phase until final completion in September 2014. TW&A coordinated the 17 prime contractors for the project and provided an on-site superintendent. In addition, TW&A acted as owner’s rep for the four major tenant fit ups concurrently. The project was completed on schedule and under budget.
