TW&A acted as Construction Manager representing Metroplex on the Schenectady County Library Plaza project. TW&A worked very closely with Jersen Construction Group, the general contractor. The goal of this project was to revitalize the hardscape and landscaping in the immediate area around the Library.

Project scope included input on project development and design, contract negotiations, and project oversight. TW&A established and coordinated project logistics and construction activities, while providing the interface between Jersen Construction and the City of Schenectady.

TW&A facilitated comprehensive project coordination meetings in order to develop team oriented project environment. This unique and appealing hardscape design maximizes the use of outdoor space through the addition of a seat wall, raised tree beds, patio area with benches while showcasing an existing art sculpture.
