TW&A represented O’Brien Kiernan Investment Co. interest Kimball Junction shops in Salt lake City, Utah by acting as Project Manager managing all aspects of construction and design, including negotiating contracts, schedule & cost monitoring. This adaptive reuse project converted a large grocery store into five national retail stores, and included a large addition. The work was phased so that the current tenant was not disturbed. TW&A was able to ensure that the project was completed minimizing the owners exposure to construction issues throughout the entire project, while maintaining the project’s schedule & budget.
