TW&A is acting as Owner’s Representative for the construction of a new North Ferry Pump Station. The original pump station, built in 1913, was breached by flood waters during Tropical Storm Irene in 2011. The project includes a 106′ diameter support of excavation system, active deep well dewatering and bulk excavation for a four-story concrete pump station.  TW&A is assisting the City with project management, public interface with residents, scheduling, cost control and construction monitoring. TW&A is an WBE subconsultant to CHA Consulting, the project engineers.

TW&A acted as owner’s representative to Rock City Centre, LLC with respect to its $7.2 million renovation of an existing one-story building into a two-story building with a rooftop deck. Rock City Centre will use the building as its corporate headquarters and provide a flex workspace for remote professional and non-profits. TW&A’s scope of work included pre-construction and design coordination, development of a master milestone schedule, development of a project budget, construction contract bidding, assistance with construction contracting, project cost control, document control, construction monitoring and project closeout. The project was completed on time (after considering delays due to COVID) and under budget.

TW&A acted as Owner’s Representative for the installation of a new sewer force main from the new North Ferry Pump Station to Anthony Street. TW&A assisted the City with project management, cost control and construction monitoring. TW&A was an WBE subconsultant to CHA Consulting, the project engineers.

TW&A acted as Owner’s Representative for the construction of Ellis Hospital Primary Care at 115 Socha Plaza. The 5,464 sf space consists of a Primary Care Clinic and a Blood Draw Facility. As Owner’s Representative, TW&A oversaw the construction of the tenant fit out, while simultaneously constructing Socha Plaza. TW&A worked closely with the general contractor, BBL Construction Services to facilitate the completion of the work ahead of schedule.

TW&A acted as Owner’s Representative for the construction of Albany Medical Center’s EmUrgent Care at 115 Socha Plaza. The 4,130 s.f. space consists of 8 exams rooms and supplemental spaces. As Owner’s Rep, TW&A oversaw the construction of the tenant fit out, while simultaneously constructing Socha Plaza. TW&A worked closely with BCI, the General Contractors, to facilitate the completion of the work ahead of schedule.

TW&A represented Jerry & Nuhar Jaleel’s interest by overseeing & advising on all aspects of construction and design including quality of work put in place, and schedule monitoring. This beautiful Pilates Training Facility project was an addition/renovation project phased so that the current tenants were not disturbed. TW&A was able to ensure that the project was completed while maintaining excellent teamwork though out the entire project, exceeding the owners expectations.
