On behalf of Metroplex Development Authority, TW&A: reviewed the Project’s contract documents, budget, and schedule; provided monthly onsite inspections and written field observation reports confirming the quantity of work in place; recommended disbursements for the Project; and identified potential budget and schedule overruns. The project consisted of renovations to the interior framing and MEP, and demolition of the infill building on site.
