TW&A is acting as Owner’s Representative for the construction of a new North Ferry Pump Station. The original pump station, built in 1913, was breached by flood waters during Tropical Storm Irene in 2011. The project includes a 106′ diameter support of excavation system, active deep well dewatering and bulk excavation for a four-story concrete pump station. TW&A is assisting the City with project management, public interface with residents, scheduling, cost control and construction monitoring. TW&A is an WBE subconsultant to CHA Consulting, the project engineers.
