TW&A provides all management, technical and administrative services to effectively plan and execute a project from beginning to end. Our services include budget control, strict scheduling and quality of workmanship through the lifespan of the project.

Owner's Representative

As an owner’s representative, TW&A “stands in the shoes” of owners/clients and monitors, reports, advises and assists clients so as to meet project goals while minimizing risks.

TW&A tailors services to a client’s needs by providing specific consulting services such as mortgage monitoring, feasibility studies, project scheduling and LEED certification.

We provide internal management consulting for clients in the areas of company organization, cost control, document control, internal reporting, project management software implementation, and business development.
