TW&A acted as Design Builder/Construction Manager for the Franklin/Liberty Lot Reconstruction & pedestrian walkway project.

TW&A assembled and led a team of local architects, engineers and trade contractors to address Metroplex’s desire to enhance traffic flow and parking within the Franklin/Liberty parking lot. The design also incorporates the new Center City Walk from Liberty Street to Franklin Street. This unique and inspiring pathway with modern decorative lighting and ornamental fencing provides a welcoming and secure atmosphere while incorporating two iconic monument signs with updatable message boards.
