TW&A acted as Owner’s Representative for the construction of Ellis Hospital Primary Care at 115 Socha Plaza.

The 5,464 SF space consists of a Primary Care Clinic and a Blood Draw Facility. As Owner’s Representative, TW&A oversaw the construction of the tenant fit out, while simultaneously constructing Socha Plaza. TW&A worked closely with the general contractor, BBL Construction Services to facilitate the completion of the work ahead of schedule.
