On behalf of the Bank, TW&A reviewed the project contract documents, plans, budget, and construction schedule. TW&A also provided monthly onsite inspections and written field observation reports upon review of the work in place. In addition, TW&A reviewed payment applications for the project and identified potential budget and schedule overruns.
