TW&A acted as Owner’s Representative for the construction of Albany Medical Center’s EmUrgent Care at 115 Socha Plaza.

The 4,130 SF space consists of 8 exams rooms and supplemental spaces. As Owner’s Rep, TW&A oversaw the construction of the tenant fit out, while simultaneously constructing Socha Plaza. TW&A worked closely with BCI, the General Contractors, to facilitate the completion of the work ahead of schedule.
