TW&A Construction Management is a New York Certified Women-Owned Business (WBE) located in Schenectady, New York that provides commercial construction management services to a wide range of owners and clients, both public and private. Our services include program management, construction/project management, owner’s representation, construction consulting, and management consulting. We apply these capabilities to a broad variety of projects, from large commercial construction to major commercial renovation construction to new residential buildings.
The Company was founded in 2002 on a foundation of national and local commercial construction management, design/build, general construction and development experience. TW&A’s core values are integrity, dedication, enthusiasm and fun. We have a unique and comprehensive understanding of what is required to make our clients’ commercial construction projects successful.
TW&A is able to draw on very experienced and distinguished national and local consultants that share TW&A’s values.
