TW&A represented Metroplex Development Authority as Construction Manager for the new Weigh Station roof and parapets in Schenectady, New York. On behalf of Metroplex Development Authority, TW&A reviewed the Project’s contract documents, budget, and schedule; provided monthly onsite inspections and written field observation reports confirming the quantity of work in place; recommended disbursements for the Project; and identified potential budget and schedule overruns. The project consisted of removal of old roof and masonry, repairs, and replacing the roof with a historically accurate slate roof and parapets.
