TW&A teamed up with AKW Associates to provide Construction Management Services to Oban Associates for the adaptive reuse renovation & façade construction of 124 Jay Street 1st floor. This adaptive reuse renovation of the first floor was an extremely aggressive tenant fit up schedule allowing a full gut/rehab to take place within five weeks. The façade work was phased in after the 1st floor tenant occupied and opened for business.
